I.       OBJECTIVE

We have an immediate and potentially ongoing need for developers to build websites, backend database functionality, and modular code (such as WordPress Plugins and themes).  The Programmer/Developer will be responsible for designing and developing the backend code and front-end interfaces for one or more websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL and/or JavaScript and a Mobile scheduling and reporting app.

II.       PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Time Commitment:  flexible hours, full or part time (number of hours per week is negotiable)
• Develop advanced functionality on our WordPress website(s) and develop a Mobile app to track employee clock-ins/clock-outs, schedules and reporting.

III.     DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will be:

• Proficient with WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and any other necessary technologies
• Able to work independently, making use of technology to communicate effectively with the team via email, video and audio teleconference, and face to face
• Understands elements of design from a marketing perspective
• A desire to learn about and work with small businesses and Veterans
• A strong drive and passion for success
