Community Services

When Veterans need services, there are a variety of places they can go. We offer a company culture and experience that is supportive to transitioning service members, Veterans, their families and those who love us. In the near future, we will offer VA certified VSO (Veteran’s Service Officer) services to qualified servicemembers needing assistance with benefits, job placement, and a variety of other employee focused services sensitive to the needs of Veterans and their families.

Youth Workforce Development

Who better to help teach our next generation of young people how to survive and thrive in nearly any environment and circumstances than teams of experienced Veterans. Our team brings a highly unique and specialized set of skills into an organization of men and women dedicated to servant leadership. We aim to meet the needs of our communities by providing work and volunteer opportunities (both paid and volunteer), training, mentoring, and hands on experience in a variety of trades and positions within a group of small Veteran owned and operated entrepreneurial businesses.

Pathway-to-CEO Business Incubator

Talented and hardworking individuals are more likely to be offered new opportunities and promotions sooner within a small company than with most other employers. We want to see our employees grow and succeed. Specially selected employees in the management path may be offered opportunities to lead a team of managers, direct the day-to-day operations of an entire company, or someday even earn the title of CEO!
