As an Air Force spouse, Margeaux’s coding journey kicked off after competing for a scholarship for a Full-Stack Software Development Bootcamp. At Destiny Tech, she leads the development team with flair, overseeing backend creation, architecture, implementation, and mobile app development for the entire East West Consulting Group. Not one to sit still, she also dabbles in data analytics and graphic design.
With two Bachelor’s degrees in Recreation from Indiana University, Margeaux has mastered the art of applying creative solutions to practical problems, leading diverse teams, fostering growth opportunities, and managing resources efficiently. Her wide-ranging background spans roles as varied as Restaurant Manager, Hospital IV Technician, and a Sports Coordinator, reflecting her knack for diving into new experiences and learning on the fly.
Margeaux is fiercely passionate about equity in youth sports, nurturing talent in the workplace, and the joy of solving puzzles. When she’s not coding, you might find her herding a lively 6U soccer team, exploring new technologies, hoarding certifications, touring her latest duty station, building Legos with her kids, or searching for her next adventure. Her personal motto? “No Troll Left Behind”.
Beyond her professional prowess and unconventional skillset, Margeaux stands as the sister and cousin to a family of Army soldiers and spouse to an active duty Airman, weaving a rich tapestry of service and adventure into her life.
